Holistic Massage
I hold a Diploma in Holistic Massage and offer this service to the public generally.  The use of massage has been used for the promotion and restoration of health since 3000BC.  Massage can be used for relaxation, stimulation or rehabilitation of the whole body or part of it.  Its main benefits and effects are that it is soothing and comforting.  Since 75% of disease is thought to be caused by stress, massage, which reduces stress, may well improve health.  Massage is also stimulating and encourages improved circulation, aids digestion, waste removal, invigorates and relaxes muscles, speeds up desquamation and promotes cell regeneration.  Massage is also comforting and consequently massage has psychological as well as physiological benefits.
The benefits of availing of this service are that I offer a professional service and that it is holistic in essence, taking into account mind, body and spirit.   I take a personal profile which helps me make a decision as to the type of massage best suited to each person and also offer home care advice in relation to lifestyle and general well-being
